A) Shirom jewels shall deliver product you have purchased within the promised delivery timeline, however, if you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order by logging in your Account before dispatch of the product. B) If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service at +91 9799001230 on and inform them of the same. C) If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days provided that order has not been shipped or within 4-5 days form the receipt of product, in case the product has already been been shipped.

A) Under some rare situations, Shirom or any of our registered Sellers can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be – Product is out of stock with the Seller Product is not worth shipping Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount Incorrect pricing or description of the product Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reason. Any other reason, which is beyond the control of the product Seller. B) If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation of order by the Seller or within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation.

Shiromjewels.com provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1499/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges. There is an additional convenience fee of Rs 50/- applied if you select Cash On Delivery option for payment.

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 7-10 days from the order date. If not in stock then it will take 10-15 days from the order date.

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.
